Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team at support@ugreen.com with your order number and the serial number of your NAS device to begin the return process.

  Prepare Your Device

  Factory reset your NAS to securely erase all personal data and pack the unit securely in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware and confirm all components are present, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
